ABOUT OUR FIRM

 

History

Founded in 1993 by Norm Cole, Cole Group Architects, LLC began as a general practice firm in St. Cloud, MN. Initially serving local developers and builders, the firm has expanded its reach across more than a dozen states over the past 30 years. Despite this growth, the firm’s roots and primary operations have remained firmly anchored in St. Cloud. In 2025, the firm was acquired by David and Caitlin Majchrzak, marking a new chapter in its continued success and commitment to excellence.​​​

Core Principles

The firm was established with a commitment to serving small businesses by operating as a small, family-run entity ourselves. Our approach is centered around helping other small businesses achieve their project goals while maintaining a strong focus on budget adherence. We offer fixed-rate pricing to ensure transparency and eliminate any financial incentives to increase project costs, with our primary objective being to deliver results that align with our clients' budgetary expectations.​
